REFUND POLICY

At Anóthen Wellness, we strive to provide high-quality alternative health products and services to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (CPA) and other applicable laws and regulations in South Africa.

 

Returns

You may return your product within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in its original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

Exchanges

If you prefer to exchange your product, please contact us at [contact email address] to initiate the exchange process. Once we receive your returned item, we will send you the new item at no additional cost.

 

Exceptions

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sale items or gift cards.

We strive to provide you with the best quality and value possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to accept returns and issue a full refund of your purchase.

  1. Products can only be returned if they are in their original condition and packaging. Used products or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
  1. To request your Return Authorization Number, email info@awonline.co with a detailed reason for your return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Once your request is approved, we will issue you an RA# and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you wish to return.
  1. To ensure a safe return, please use a trackable mail service. We will not be responsible for any lost or missing packages.
  1. Upon receipt of your package, your products will be examined, and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be sent to the email address you used when making your original purchase.

 

Late Or Missing Refunds

Please note that we issue refunds as soon as your request is approved, and the money leaves our account immediately. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We have seen some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been processed. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

 

Delivery Timeframe

All orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team at info@awonline.co. Please note that this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries.

 

Tracking Number

All tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer as soon as the tracking information becomes available.

 

Changing Shipping Address

If you have entered the wrong shipping address, please email us as soon as possible. We may be able to change it, but we cannot guarantee anything as our items are usually processed immediately after you order and shipped out the same day or a few days later. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it.

Please note that we are not responsible if you enter an incomplete or incorrect shipping address. Our system automatically processes orders based on the information you provide.

 

Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.

 

Invalid Reasons

  1. Buyer no longer wants the items – this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Anóthen Wellness. The buyer should make sure they want to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
  1. Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else – The buyer should be confident that they are ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
