Thank you for shopping with us at Anóthen Wellness. We offer shipping to all locations in South Africa. Please read this policy carefully to understand our shipping practices.

 

Shipping Methods And Timeframes

We use reputable shipping carriers to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently. The shipping carrier used for your order will depend on your location and the size and weight of your order.

All orders are typically shipped within 2-5 business days after the order is placed. Please note that our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become active.

The estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

  • Major cities and surrounding areas: 2-3 business days
  • Regional areas: 3-5 business days
  • Remote areas: 5-7 business days
  • Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions or public holidays.

 

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the size and weight of your order, as well as your location. The shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

 

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over R1000 within South Africa.

 

Missing Or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please include pictures of the damaged package and items.

If your package is missing, please contact us within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue.

If we are unable to locate your missing package or replace your damaged items, we will issue you a refund or store credit.

Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

 

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
